Since 1979 Anderson Woods
has been hosting those with special needs during the summer. Campers
learn self confidence, trust and responsibility through working together,
caring for animals, tending the garden, and enjoying the beauty of nature.
Camp is a place where everyone is equal. We embrace all races and
spiritual beliefs.

Full time counselors and
volunteers work alongside the campers to encourage and empower them to
fulfill their maximum potential.
Camp runs for eight weeks
in June and July. Three weeks are for children and five weeks are for
adults.
Camp is supported
through the efforts of many volunteers. Community organizations, United
Way of Perry County,
youth groups, good
hearted volunteers and donors all give time and resources to keep our vision
alive. If you are interested in helping, please call for more
information.
